These are always popular threads on other message boards I go to, so I thought we could give it a try here. Tell us all about your avatar or your signature (and feel free to tell us more later, if you change it)! My current avvy is one I just made using a picture of Christina Tan as Meg in Australia. I think her face is so cute in it, and I thought these light textures by tcg1026 were perfect for it. I'm may attempt to make a site layout with this picture. And since I don't have a siggy right now, I'll just tell you about my "personal text" (under my avvy)...they're lyrics from Seussical the Musical. I just got done with a production of it and I'm already going through withdrawls, so they seemed right.

Yay, you guys know Seussical! That's awesome, so many people don't.
Opera Angel, I've always admired your avvy and siggy, they're both great. I especially love the avvy, I think...the cropping of the original picture is great, and then of course animation is always lovely.

Phantomgirl110, I like your new avvy, it's very pretty! My avvy is a picture from Gary Mauer and Beth Southard's Final show. It's one of my very favorite pictures! My siggy text is the lyrics to "When I Look at You" from The Scarlet Pimpernel, which I just adore. FKF is the show that I recently worked on the stage crew, Friday Knight Fever!. The lyrics in my personal text are from the score from FKF too. Btw, this is a great idea for a new topic!

Actually, I don't know Seussical, I just watched "The Search For Dr. Seuss" A LOT when I was little, and I always remember that line "Oh the places you'll go!" (it's my favorite!) Been meaning to look into Seussical though...

Oh, I see! I highly recommend Seussical if you ever get a chance to see it or anything. I'd give you some links to some good stuff, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to be that popular online, since it was a flop on Broadway...I'd upload the OBC recording for you if it weren't illegal.

Okay, seriously off-topic now...but I just listened to "Notice Me Horton" and I started laughing, because all I could think of is Meg showing Erik a new costume or something, and all he can do is write music. Lol. Someone needs to make video for Erik/Meg to "Notice Me Horton"
Wow. I need help. *skips off humming Seussical*

Well I've got a new one, featuring Sabrina Harper as Meg in the Hamburg production. Just too gorgeous a pic to resist using.
And the text under my pic is how Meg is referred to in the Leroux novel at one point..."Is there any one behind the door?" "Oh, yes, yes! Of course there is!" cried that little dried plum of a Meg Giry, heroically holding Sorelli back by her gauze skirt. "Whatever you do, don't open the door! Oh, Lord, don't open the door!"

I agree! phantomgirl110, your new avvy is beautiful! I've changed my siggy, it's now a part of the cover of Lisa Wingate's Newest novel A Thousand Voices, due out in July. I think that she is such an amazing writer and I love the cover, it's gorgeous!
