Funny that you should say that. I've never been much of a fan of Meg/Raoul, but I recently found a good fanfic involving that pairing. I contacted the author and will be adding it to the site on my next update. </random information>

It's not that I'm opposed to M/R, I just dont have anything to back it up with. The storyline doesnt leave any holes for interpretation because Meg and Raoul never interact with one another. I'd definitely be open to reading a good phic though!
Speaking of phanphics....the website for "The Ghost's Lady" is no longer available. Anyone know what's up with that? PG, do you have the author's contact?

+ Raoul - Erik Erik 7 Christine 29 Raoul 24 Meg 47 I've never been a fan of R/M mainly because I'm totally pro R/C and the idea of Raoul falling for someone other than Christine is something I'm usually vehemently opposed to. (Unlike 99% of the fandom, I believe that he loves her with all his heart and soul, as much as or more than Erik does.) The central idea of this fanfic...well, I'll just let you read it. It's in the process of being rewritten so there are only a couple of chapters now. I read it before the rewrite, and am very excited to see how it goes this time around! I've read a couple of others with the R/M pairing that aren't bad either, but this is my favorite that I've found so far. Unfortunately I don't have the contact information of the author of "The Ghost's Lady." I can't remember whether or not they were a member of the E/M LiveJournal community, but maybe I can find them that way if they are. |

R/C forever!!!!
That really kills me about "The Ghost's Lady". It was such a great story. I'm very fortunate that I printed it out a few years ago. The author's name wasnt on his/her website so I've been refering to him/her as "that wonderful anonymous author" since the first time I came across it on the Little Meg fic section. That person would be a great addition to our group of crazy E/M shippers!
BTW - where is everyone??? I hope they're not giving up on POTO!
