Bienvenue Red Death as for getting an avatar you only need to access your profile (at the top) go to modify profile and you will need an URL for an avatar (have one in mind i used tinypic for mine) and then past the web address into the space for the URL (if you want a certain avatar let me know I have many I'd be happy to share with you but you have to real specific)
