When he was on the stage holding the veil and crying ...oh my poor guy and I saw in the background with raoul rowing the gondola..I felt bad for him..I can't remember if I cried or not..but Howard is amazing..I understand why he is on Broadway at the Majestic Theatre

Just an update on my original post in this thread, about my trip to NYC: It's been postponed until January. So now I have no idea when exactly I'll be seeing it, or even who I'll be seeing. Assuming everything works out and I actually get to go.

Well, I was really upset at first, because I had myself all ready to go this summer, but I think this way will be really wonderful. I thought it was gonna be neat to see Braodway's longest-running Phantom (Howard) in the same year that POTO became Broadway's longest-running show, but that's not gonna happen now. I'm happy though, because Les Mis will be there in January, and I've never seen snow in the city before, so it should be really pretty. It's just annoying that I have to wait.  |

I would hate going there in the wintertime I hate chilling weather...although I like snow, but it was freezing in May too and I should have brought a very heavy jacket

Gary Mauer is going to play The Phantom on Broadway from April 30th-May19th!! Gary is covering Howard while he's away! I'm so excited! Gary is my all time favorite Phantom!  (I wasn't sure where I should put this bit of info, forgive me if it's in the wrong place!  |

Oooh, really? That's awesome! I've never seen him live, but he's very good, from the clips I've seen/heard of him. I'm sure a ton of people will be very happy about that.

My French teacher mentioned that she wants to take us on a field trip to see POTO. I was like YEAHHHH BOI!!!!! I got strange looks from the rest of the class...
