Board Modifications?

Lately I've felt like tweaking the board, but since the few of you who actually post here are so loyal I didn't want to completely switch it up on you without saying anything. So here are a few things I was considering, let me know what you think:

- Half the threads in the Everything Else section are birthday threads. Maybe it'd be a good idea to have a thread specifically for birthdays, so they don't take over that section? I know there's a lot else happening there, but it still seems a bit excessive.

- I was thinking maybe I should combine the two fan art forums, since there isn't a whole lot posted in either one.

- The Newbies section is rarely used, so maybe a thread specifically for newbie posts in the Site and Board section would be a better idea?

- The Reviews section is also rarely used. Maybe I could just get rid of it and reviews could be posted in the general POTO section or something?

If you love/hate any of these ideas or think there are any other modifications that should be made, please let me know. Keep in mind that we'll always have a small group of people here at best, but we want the board to still have enough to keep people interested. Thanks in advance for any input you may have!

I like the idea of one birthday thread, they're taking over Everything Else.

I agree that Newbies doesnt get a lot of action but if we ever get new members (who come back) it'll be easy for them to see that thread and introduce themselves.

Personally, I like having anything Meg completely separate from anything POTO, art included. If I see something I like it's easy to find my way back to it. Same for reviews. It works with the theme of this board.

That's just my opinion. Of course, the executive decision is up to you.

All good ideas at the moment I really cannot think of anything to add. But anything you do is alright with me..you are a very good administrator.

Thanks for the responses, guys, I really appreciate the input! I'm going to create the birthday and newbies threads now, and to delete all the old threads. I'll leave everything else as it is, though. ^_^

EDIT: Okie dokie, changes have been made. Besides the old birthday and newbie threads, I deleted some old holiday-related threads and stuff, and I'm amused by how much smaller the Everything Else section is now. Haha.
