Has anyone gotten to meet any of the actors or actresses in Phantom? Or any other Broadway stars that you would like to talk about? (Please forgive me if this has already been discussed. I just thought that it might be a fun topic!

It hasn't yet, and this is a great idea for a topic! I've been lucky enoigh to meet my favorite Phantom and Christine, Brad Little and Lisa Vroman, twice each, once together after a performance of POTO and once each seperately after other shows.
Here's me with Brad and Lisa after a performance of POTO in San Francisco in '03. I look ghastly in this pic, but at least you can see how happy I was, lol. Here's me and Brad after I saw him as Percy in The Scarlet Pimpernel in Sacramento in 2004. This was an incredible experience; he actually remembered me from the year before and was happy to see me! And here's me with Lisa after I saw her in concert in San Francisco just this past January. The stupid camera screwed up. >.<
Sorry if it seems like I'm showing off, I really don't mean to. I just get really excited when I talk about these things, and especially these people. I adore both of them. Unfortunately, I have never met a Meg actress. Someday, hopefully...

No, I never met any of the Phantom cast, but I did write to D.C. Anderson, who plays Monsieur Andre in the U.S. Touring Company of POTO, and he sent me a lovely reply!

I did, I got very lucky. He was completely wonderful. (Duh.)
Ooh, D.C.! I've never met him, but I love his website. What did he say in his response? I've heard he's a really nice guy.

Well, I wasn't even expecting him to write back, but he said thanks very much for coing to the show, he was glad I enjoyed it so much, he also recommended his new cd (which is fantastic by the way) and then pardoned his shameless commercializing fo rit, but he said publicists were expensive and "who has that kind of money?!" I believe were his words. He said next time I go to the show, to pop on backstage and he'd be happy to see me, which I thought was very sweet. Oo, I am also doing some shameless recommending for him, because he was so nice and took time to write to me. I recommend "Chocolate is Fine" and "It Will Always Be Me" you can buy them on iTunes or the whole cd on CDbaby (link on his site) D.C. Anderson I think is my favorite Andre! He's a great performer, and he's got guts to put out his own records!
I say right on (plus, he's a great photographer)

Wow, D.C. sounds so nice, and so funny! I'll definitely look into his music; he's an extremely talented man, obviously.
Ooh, phantomluver4ever1, that's so cool! Do you think you'd be able to find out more information, or will it always be a mystery?

Aww, you met Gary and Beth? Lucky! I've never seen them live, but they're great and I've heard good things about them personally too. Have any pics from when you met them?

I'm so sorry! I do have some pictures but my mother would kill me if I posted them. My parents don't really allow me to give out too much personal info via the internet. I apologize again!

Oh, it's no problem at all! I was just curious, and I like that this thread has been active so far so it seemed like a good thing to ask. Believe me, I completely understand not wanting to share pics.

Thanks for understanding! Oh gosh, I also forgot to say before, that I've met Liz Callaway. Liz isn't a Phantom actress, but she has an amazing voice and she is so kind! Like I said before: sorry if it seems that I'm bragging, I really don't mean to!
