I guess all the "campaign" that's happening is a lett-writing campaign; I suppose if enough people write, it could theoretically make some difference. I wouldn't bet on it, but anything's possible. In case anybody wants to write (an intelligent, polite, well-thought) letter, here's the address I've been given:
Andrew Lloyd Webber c/o The Really Useful Group 22 Tower Street London WC2H 9TW

Well whos's to say the play will actually be a success? If the reviews are bad and others refuse to see it..It probably won't be around long

WHY WHY WHY!
Lately, I've been feeling really down about this lol. I know it sounds weird because it's just a show and all, but still. POTO is a really big part of my life and PoM is going to ruin it. It bothers me so much that I had to return the book to the library so I wouldnt have to look at it (well, that and I had a big late fee on it. But dont worry, I plan on getting it again and finishing my reviews, I havent forgotten about you guys).
I think I need like, a support group. Or therapy. I dont think it's normal for it to be bothering me this much. I keep telling myself it's just fiction but I dont believe it. Does anyone else feel like they connect with POTO on another level or am I just mental and need to be put in a room with padded walls? Be honest.

Makes me feel a little bit better. It'll be delayed so I guess that's good. I'm still not happy about it though.

I want to hug Otto! When I read this I thought 'My gosh, maybe Andrew will take it as an omen and stop writing it! And stop the craziness!' Appearantly, I was wrong! *sigh*
Another thing..."Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sequel to The Phantom Of The Opera is one of theatreland’s most anticipated events." Why is it "anticipated??" Who is "anticipating" it?? LOL!

Sorry but I am not one to anticipate it

It's probably anticipated by people who don't like him, who are waiting for a bomb. I can see them anticipating it. But yeah, I agree; that was a strange sentence to throw in there since it's almost universally untrue.
Have you guys also heard that Andy's said he'd like Sarah Brightman to reprise her role as Christine if the sequel ever comes into being?

I heard about that. I cant remember where I read/saw it but he was saying "I was actually having lunch with Sarah last week and...." and then he went on to talk about how he wanted her for the show. First he wants to kill POTO, now he wants to kill SB? When is someone going to stop him? When will this madness end?
And about the "theatreland’s most anticipated events", I think the writer just threw that in to make it sound better.
